REFUND/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Kindly cross check your order carefully, including product name, description and size before you check out. We don’t accept changes to orders that have been placed. If you need additional products, you can place another order. 

We do not accept refund requests on orders paid for. 

We take responsibility if wrong products are shipped, kindly notify us upon receiving your order, and we would arrange to pick up the wrong product and send you the right product all at our expense.

In a situation whereby products shipped are damaged in transit, kindly notify us within 24 hours with images/ video evidence upon receipt of the package, and we will arrange exchange for the damaged product. This does not cover 3rd party shipping arrangements, our responsibility ends once we deliver to the provided address. We reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges if you fail to do any of the following stated above.

PICKUP

Pick up option is available. You can pick up within 5 working days after confirmation of payment. Full details of the person picking up should be provided not later than 24 hours before pick up for proper authorization for release of goods. Annabelle Skincare will not be responsible for missing packages after the given time, as goods not picked up within the provided time will be categorized as ‘’Abandonment’’.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Delivery within Lagos state takes 2 to 3 working days after confirmation of payment

Delivery outside Lagos state takes 5 to 7 working days after confirmation of payment

Delivery outside Nigeria takes 7 to 14 working days after confirmation of payment

Delivery during discount sales or Promos takes on or before 15 working days after confirmation of payment because we usually get bulk orders during those periods, unless otherwise stated.

All deliveries are doorstep deliveries except if you choose Terminal/Motor Park pick up.

We discourage use of local bus parks/terminals for deliveries, as we cannot guarantee safety of your products. If you insist on local bus park/ terminal pick up, Annabelle Skincare will not be responsible for loss of products or damages to products or mishandling of packages. 

You will be in charge of negotiating with the bus driver, and also make payment to him directly. You will also be in charge of transportation of our staff to and from the Bus park.

We do our best to ensure orders are shipped out and delivered on time, but in the event of heavy rains/flood,protests and other uncertainties, deliveries may be delayed. 

Kindly note that delivery charges may change based on the weight of your package especially for bulk orders. Our customer service team may contact you for discussions on any changes.

Also note the following:

*Delivery fees are non refundable

*Once your package has been shipped, you need to ensure the phone numbers you provided are always active, and also you are available at the address you provided to receive your package.

*If your delivery fails after two delivery attempts as a result of your unavailability or switched-off phones, you will need to pay another delivery fee for your package to be re delivered.
